Announcing Hightouch’s New Planhat Integration

Planhat is now available as a destination in Hightouch! Planhat is a next-generation customer platform that helps companies manage long-term relationships with their customers. This integration allows organizations to easily keep Planhat up-to-date with the latest data in the data warehouse.

Planhat helps users across departments develop deep insights about their customers with easy-to-use analytics tools. Planhat then turns those insights into actions with features like automated customer outreach sequences, collaborative onboarding playbooks, and more. Using Hightouch helps companies maintain an up-to-date, 360-degree view of customer data in Planhat.

How it Works

Within Hightouch, you can sync data to Planhat just like any of our other destinations, like Salesforce, Hubspot, and more. You connect your data source and define the models you want to sync to Planhat. You can build models directly in Hightouch using SQL, our code-free audience builder, or tools like dbt or Looker.

You can set syncs to more than 200 destinations on a one-time or recurring basis, so your data stays fresh and up-to-date in every tool you use. Your data in Planhat will be up-to-date with your source of truth and match what you’re syncing to your other tools. For more information, read our documentation about Planhat.
